13 Weeks takes its name from something simple: there are 13 weeks of UK school holidays each year. For founder Bolupe Maborukoje, then a teacher, those weeks became time to travel, discover new cultures and share the world with others.
She started a travel blog, then a travel company. For six years 13 Weeks lived online — holidays, group trips and destination events planned from a laptop, not a shopfront.
That origin still sits behind everything on King Street: a café named after time well spent, and a menu that still moves with the seasons.
